From business in Mexico to the real estate sector on the Costa del Sol, a story of success and reinvention.

Silvia, your business story is fascinating. How did your career in the business world begin?
I have always been a restless person and eager to undertake. While studying Marketing in Querétaro, I created my own jewelry brand, TOPKE, which I had the opportunity to market in Germany. It was an incredible experience that allowed me to learn about international sales and marketing in a foreign market.

After venturing into jewelry, you ventured into other sectors, such as Cosmetology and Fitness. What motivated you to diversify?
I love learning and challenging myself. I have always been interested in beauty and well-being, so I decided to study Cosmetology and open my own Spa. But my entrepreneurial spirit didn’t stop there. I soon realized the potential of the fitness sector and opened my first gym in Cuernavaca. The success was such that I had seven gyms in Mexico, implementing an innovative business model that caught the attention of a major chain, which ultimately led to the sale of my company.

After selling your gyms, you made a big decision: move to Spain. Why did you choose Marbella?
I had always dreamed of living in Spain, and Marbella seemed like the perfect place. It is a vibrant destination, with a constantly growing luxury real estate market and an unmatched quality of life. I love its cultural diversity and cosmopolitan atmosphere.
