From her outstanding fitness career to the creation of an innovative gym concept in Marbella, Lorena Iñarra shares her vision of well-being, exclusivity and personal transformation.
To start, tell us a little about yourself. Who is Lorena Iñarra?
I am passionate about teaching, well-being and personal care. I finished my teaching studies with nine honors, which gave me honorary recognition from the University of Valladolid, and the chance to start working immediately in a school. However, after starting my career as a teacher, I decided to move forward and feed my entrepreneurial interests by opening my first gym. This was followed by four more, culminating in my most ambitious project: Elite Gym Boutique.
Throughout my fitness career, which spans 23 years, I’ve spent 20 of them on the stage with world-class titles and outstanding sporting merits. I had the honor of participating in the “Arnold Classic Pro” in Ohio, upon the direct invitation of Arnold Schwarzenegger, in recognition of my podium finish in my first competition as a professional athlete in Omaha.
Unexpectedly, 8 years ago, at the peak of my sporting career, Fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue withdrew me from competition. Far from giving up, I decided to transform this adversity into an opportunity to deepen my knowledge and specialize in helping those facing similar challenges.
This new process of personal transformation allowed me to evolve and find new ways to support people in their physical and mental well-being, in addition to learning to counteract the difficulties caused by age in both men and women, promoting their longevity and general well-being.

What has been your professional path to get to this point?
My career in the world of fitness and wellness has been marked by constant learning and the search for excellence.
In addition to managing my businesses and serving my clients, I have worked in different countries and continue to do so, as a fitness model and as the face of major brands. I have also participated in various projects and sectors related to health, training, motivational and emotional coaching, and customer service.
This experience has allowed me to understand what each person really needs to reach their best version.
All of this led me to the creation of Élite Gym Boutique, an exclusive concept that reflects my vision and my experience in the sector.
