What inspired you to create AkunaProject and how has the company evolved since its founding?

AkunaProject was born from the desire to offer personalized and exclusive luxury experiences, meeting the growing demands of a global market that seeks unique services in premium destinations. 

Since its founding, the company has evolved by diversifying all its services, by no longer only managing and managing exclusive experiences, villas and yachts but by integrating technology into our business model, including the acceptance of cryptocurrencies or the development of our private club, with a highly exclusive proposal to accompany our most important clients, not only in their trips or moments of leisure, but also to offer them a series of services and relationships that also help them in their business aspect.

What challenges have you faced operating in such exclusive and competitive markets?

The main challenges have been to ensure the availability of high-quality resources in high demand seasons, maintain strong relationships with local suppliers and exceed the expectations of a demanding clientele. It has also required differentiation in a saturated market, betting on more personalized services, advanced technology, an impeccable experience from start to finish and totally close and personal attention to each of our clients.

Your company has been a pioneer in accepting payments in cryptocurrencies for luxury services such as the yachts and villas you manage. What motivated you to adopt this payment method and how has it influenced your clientele?

The decision to accept cryptocurrencies was motivated by the growing adoption of digital assets among young and wealthy people who value discretion, speed and innovation. This not only attracted a technologically advanced clientele, but also positioned AkunaProject as a modern company adapted to new financial trends. We currently accept payment with cryptocurrencies in absolutely all of our services.

Tell me about the Akunaproject Private Club. 

What are some of the services you are offering and preparing within the AkunaProject private club? 

In Spain the base of our Private club is located in Madrid, we consider it to be the most strategic location. 

There we offer our members the use of premium offices 24/7 to organize meetings, networking with other members or the possibility of holding events and meals with a private chef enjoying spectacular views.

We also give you access to the use of our VIP boxes at the best events organized in the city, where we always try to be present. Chauffeur service, concierge and the possibility of attending certain very exclusive and inaccessible experiences around the world with other partners.

These are some of what we can say, but there are many more things that we will not tell, respecting the discretion that has always characterized us.

Looking ahead, what are your plans to expand or diversify the AkunaProject private club in the coming years?

In the short term, plans include consolidating the recruitment of high-level members for the club’s base in Spain and establishing the bases and services that most help our members in their daily lives. In the medium and long term, it is planned to expand the club’s presence in new luxury destinations, and in cities with the most important financial centers. So that our members have an embassy in which to work and a series of premium services and experiences, which facilitate their stay in the part of the world where they are located.

 

In a sector where competition is intense, what marketing and positioning strategies have you implemented to stand out and attract a young and wealthy clientele?

AkunaProject has focused on exclusivity and an aspirational brand image, using social networks, strategic collaborations with influencers, and high-quality visual content to attract a young and global audience. In addition, the creation of your private club adds a level of exclusivity that not only attracts, but builds loyalty among your clientele.

What attracts you to Marbella as a destination and how does AkunaProject plan to integrate or contribute to the luxury lifestyle that characterizes this city?

Marbella is an epicenter of luxury in Europe, with a perfect mix of exclusivity, Mediterranean lifestyle and a clientele with high purchasing power. AkunaProject seeks to integrate into this environment by offering services that complement and enrich the lifestyle of its residents and visitors, such as exclusive events, personalized experiences and solutions adapted to the luxury that defines the city.
